Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building
on this date, pursuant to the adjournment of the meeting held May 6,
1965, all Members present, Reeve Blanchard presiding.
65-5B-1 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that
tenders for gravel crushing be received and opened at this ti*e.

65-5B-2 Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Muir that the
Tender of Frank S. Coyleto crush gravel be accepted as tendered,
subject to the approval of the Ontario Department of Highways.
65-5B-3 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Budai that the
Road Superintendent be authorized to accept the estimate of Bell
Telephone Uo. to relocate lines for Development Road No. 706, at
$2200.00.
65-5B-4 Moved day Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Budai that the
Tender submitted by Dominion Road Machinery to supply a Champion Model
D600 Motor Grader at $ 19137.40; be accepted, subject to the approval
of the Ontario Department of Highways.

65-5B-5 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Down that
letters of thanks for assistance in connection with the Warden' s
Banquet, be sent to biose who assisted.

adjourn.
