Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building
on this date, in Special Session, all Members present, Reete
Blanchard presiding.
65-5c-1 Moved by Councillors Down and Budai that tentative
approval be giver- to the proposal of the Public School Area Board of
Darlington Township, for the raising of an amount estimated to be
not in excess of $450,000.00 by the issue of debentures , repayable
over a term of twenty years, for the purpose of building and
equipping a 16 room school, in Lot 19, Concession 5, Darlington, and
that the Clerk is hereby instructed to apply to the Ontario Municipal
Board for tentative approval of the project.
65-)5('_"-2 Move by Councillors Budai and Gibbs that the Reeve and
Clerk be authorized to release all lots on Plans 632 and 675,
from the terms of agreements No. N 23722 and N 22699, subject to
approval of the Northumberland-Durham Health Unit.
65-50-3 Moved by Councillors Down and Budai that this meeting
adjourn.
