REEVE BLANCHAaD and 131113SRS OF COUTITCIL:
Your Co=ittee su ,-ests that the following procedure be
followed in further dealings with the Company' s application;
li 1. The. applicant should file a draft plan of sub-division with the
Minister of Mlunicipal _affairs , and make application to the
Township.
2. The Committee should study and consolidate conditions showing
original and latest Council aaendments.
3. Council should refer the plan of sub-division, when received,
to Planning Board , for report. A sur_-ary of conditions , as
revised to date, with possible conditions suj�:vested, by
Planning Doard, should then be presented to Council.
4. Council would receive Planning Board' s report and approve or
__Zodify it.
5. Conditions of draft approval should be presented to the
Minister of Municipal _affairs.
o, Conditions of draft approval, as set out by the Minister,
would be received by Council.
7. -In Agreement, covering`; the conditions , would be prepared, and
executed by the Co:-pang.
8. (a) An az2end sent to the Official Plan, as recommended by
Planning board, should be adopted by Council and submitted
to the Minister.
(b) Staff and Plannin, Board should prepare an -Imendment to the
Zoning Dy-law, to be passed by Council and submitted to the
Ontario Municipal Board for approval.
(c) -Regulatory or other By-laws , as required, pursuant to the
Municipal _'sct, to be prepared and passed by Council.
9® Ontario Municipal Board hearing, as ordered.
Your COLifiittee respectfully suggests that this procedure, if
found satisfactory, be adopted by Resolution of Council.
