Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building,
Hampton, in Special Session, on this date, to open tenders for the
construction of Development Road No. 7006 , and to transact other
business.
65-6-B1 Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Muir that tenders
be received and opened at this time.
Tenders were received as follows:

65-6-B2 Moved by Deputy i Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that the
Tender of E & E Seegmiller4for Contract 706-1, be accepted as
tendered, subject to the approval of the Department of Highways:'
65-6-B3 Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Muir that the
Road Superintendent be instructed to install -,atone lane multi-plate
culvert at Cockrane Bridge and a corrugated steel culvert at Tobacco
Road Creek.
65-6-B4 Moved by Councillors Down and Budai that the Reeve and
Clerk be authorized to accept the offer submitted by F. Calver to
remove the building on the Township' s property at Lot 35, Concession 2,
the building to be removed in 2 weeks,
65-6-B5 Moved by Councillor Down and Deputy Reeve Muir that this
meeting adjourn.
