Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building
on this date, Deputy Reeve Muir presiding, Councillors Budai, Gibbs
and Down present.
65-6r--1 Moved by Councillors Budai and Gibbs that Resolution 65-6-11
be amended to read ".Acquiring" rather than "purchasing" and that the
minutes of the meetings of June 3 and June 10, be adopted as read and
corrected.
65-60-2 Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that accounts for the
month of May, 1965, as listed herewith be paid:
Salaries 1 - 15 1,431.60

65-6C'-3 Moved by Councillors Down and Gibbs that this Council
approves the action of the Bethesda Cemetery Board in enlarging its
Cemetery.
65-6c-4 Moved by Councillors Budai and Gibbs that this Council
respectfully requests that the Council of the United Counties of
Northumberland & Durham give consideration to a petition for reduced
speed limits on County Roads in the vicinity of the Village of
Hampton, recently forwarded by the Rev. Chas. Catto of Hampton.
65-6�-5 Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Down that the next meeting
of Council be held Friday July 2, at 1.30 P.M.
65-6C-6 Moved by Councillors Down and Gibbs that A.E.Crawford be
engaged to keep both Township dumps pushed back in a manner satisfactory
to Council, for the balance of 1965, on a trial basis, at the sum of
$500.00 for that period, to be paid monthly.
65-6(-al-7 Moved by Councillors Do-vin and Budai that this meeting
adjourn.
