Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building
on this date, all IvIlembers present, Reeve Blanchard presiding.
65-78-1 Moved by Councillors Down and Gibbs that the minutes of
the meeting held July 2, 1965, be adopted as read.
65-7B-2 Moved by Councillors Down and Budai that accounts for
the month of June, 1965, as listed herewith, be paid:

65-7B-3 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Budai that the
Public Property Committee investigate 11r. Jansmals proposal for
fencing at the rear of the Municipal property, with power to act.
65-7B-4 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that
Chas. Warren, By-law Enforcement Officer, be instructed to take all
necessary action to enforce By-law 2228, particularly as it affects a
building constructed by John 3euwes in Lot 35, "on. q, without
obtaining a building permit, and otherwise in contravention of the
ID
Township ' s By-laws.
65-78-5 Moved by Deputy peeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that
Rule 33 be suspended for the duration of this meeting.
65-7B-6,7 8 On motions as filed, a By-law to appoint an Acting
Treasurer was given its several readings, signed, sealed and numbered
2298.
65-7B-9 Moved by Councillors Down and Budai that W.H.Brown be
appointed a ''-ember of Darlington Planning Board to complete the
unexpired portion of Mr. Dunn' s term.
65-7B-10 Moved by Councillor Budai and Deputy Reeve Muir that the
Property Committee be authorized to have the Township ' s property in Lot
35, Con. 2, cleared and levelled.
65-7B-11 Moved by Councillors Budai and Gibbs that this meeting
adjourn.
