Hampton, July 29th, 1965.
Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building in
Special Session on this date, for the purpose of transacting general
business, all members present, Reeve Blanchard presiding.
65-7-c1 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that job
No. 65-1+2, (Cedar Park Bridge) be deleted from the 1965 road programme,
(By-law 2290 and that the sum of $4,000.00 be transferred from the
above to culvert construction at Cochrane Bridge, (road between lots
28 & 29, Concession 9,) and that the approval of the Department of
Highways be requested for this action.
65-7C-2 Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that rule 33 be suspended
for the duration of this meeting.
6')_-7C-3q4&-5 On motions as filed, a By-law to adopt amendment No. 3 to the
Official Plan for Darlington Planning Area was given its several
readings , signed, sealed and numbered 2299

65-7C-12 Moved by Councillors Down and Gibbs that this meeting adjourn.
