Darlington Township Council met in the IluniciDal Building
on this date, all Members present, Reeve Blanchard presiding,
65-10-1 Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that the minutes of
the meetings held September 15, aid September 28, 19655 be adopted as
read.
65-10-2 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that Road
l.ccounts in tL'-ie amount of ',,�83,219.14, as approved by the road Co=, Iaittee,
be paid.
0 Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve huir that the
Clerk is instructed to make application to the Ontario Department of
Hig.,iways for payment of Interim Subsidy.

Moved by Coui;Lcillors Down and Budai that this Council
approves the construction of a bridge on the boundary road between the
Township of East '�,jhitby and the Township of Darlington, opposite the
7th. Concession of East ldhitby, the entire cost of said construction to
be borne by the Township of East V;hitby.
65-10-5 1,loved by Councillor Budai and Deputy Reeve Muir that the
resignation of Issessor, be accepted with regret, the
resignation to be effective December 31
1965.
65-10-6 Moved by Councillors Down and Gibbs that Deputy Reeve Muir
be a'o-oointed a delegate to the Planning Conference at the Royal York
Hotel in Toronto on November 17-19 , 1965, with expenses paid.
Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that the conditions to
approval of a draft plan ol"' sub-division submitted to the Minister
of Municipal i'iffairs by St. Mary ' s Cement Company, as set out as
"Appendix to a re-port -orepared for Darlington Planning Board by
h'E July 20,1965, and amended
unicii3al Planning Consultants Ltd. � dated Jul
by Darlington Planning Board on October 7, 1965, and recom-mended to
Council, as amended, is hereby adopted.
65-10-3 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that the
Township Solicitor is hereby authorized to supply a copy of the
conditions to approval- of the proposal of St. 14ary' s Cement Company ,
adopted to-day by Council, to the Solicitor for St. Mary' s Cement Co. ,
and also a copy to the Solicitor for Cedar Crest Ratepayers Association.
65-10-9 Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Down that this meeting adjourn.
