Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building on
this date, Reeve Blanchard presiding, all members present except
Councillor Down, absent due to illness.
65-10B-1 Moved by Councillor Budai and Deputy Reeve Muir that the
minutes of the meeting held October 7th, 1965 be adopted as read.
65-103-2 Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Muir that accounts
for the month of September, 1965, as listed herewith, be paid:

65-10B-3 Moved by Councillors Budai and dIb_bs _thEf_'Ru_le 33 be
suspended for the duration of this meeting.
65-10B-4 On motions as filed, a By-law to further amend By-law 2111, as
ame ded , was given its several readings, signed, sealed and numbered
65-103-5 Moved by Councillors Buda� and Gibbs that copies of a draft
sub-division agreement, draft amendment to the Townships Zoning By-law,
and draft of a Pits & Quarries By-law presented to this meeting, be
forwarded to St. Mary' s Cement Company.
65-1OB-6 Moved by Councillors Budai and Gibbs that this Council accepts
the offer of T. C. and Glen Glaspell as stated in a letter dated
October 18th 1965, ie: that the Messrs Glaspell shall dedicate to the
Township sufficient land to widen the forced road through their property
in Lot 19, Concession 5, to 66 feet, provided that an entrance to be
established shall be to a standard, and in a location approved by the
Road Superintendent.
65-10B-7 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that tenders
for work on the Township' s garage building, presented to this meeting
by Dale Plastering Limited and Milburn Lath, Plastering and Acoustics,
Limited be received, and that decision in the matter be deferred to a
later date.
65-103-8 Moved by Councillors Budai and Gibbs that this meeting adjourn
to the call of the Reeve.
