Darlington Township Council met in Special Session in the
Municipal Building, Hampton on the above date, all present except
Councillor Gibbs.
65-11B- Moved by Councillors Down and Budai that, having considered
the suggestion conveyed to this Council in a letter from J. C. McCallum
dated November 16, 1965, Council has decided to continue the present
practice and appoint a local assessor.
65-113-;L- Moved by Councillor Budai and Deputy Reeve Muir that the
application for the position of Assessor submitted by A. W. Jennings, be
accepted at $6,250.00 per annum plus car allowance of $17000.00 per
annum and that the Clerk be instructed to prepare an appointment By-law
for the purpose.
65-11B-3 Moved by Councillor Down and Deputy Reeve Muir that this
meeting adjourn.
