DarlinZton Township Council met in the Municipal Building on
this date, all nembers present except Deputy Reeve Muir, who attended
Convention, Reeve Blanchard presiding.
65-11C-1 loved by Councillors Budai and Down that the minutes of the
meetings held November 4, and November 17, 1965, be adopted as read.
Moved by Councillors Down and Budai that accounts for the
month of October, 1965, as listed herewith, be paid-.

Loved by Councillors Gibbs and Down that, in the matter of
Curtis vs the Township of Darlington, the suggestions for settlement
set out in a letter from Mason, FouldsNeirJoeck, Eorris & Abinson,
to Strike and Strike, dated November 11, 1965, are satisfactory to
this Council and the Township ' s Solicitors are instructed to proceed
on the basis suggested.
65-11C-4 Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Down that, referring to
proposed improvement to Foley Grossing, (intersection of the Canadian
Pacific Railway with Road no 10 in Concession One) this Township agrees
to accept 1211 of the cost of the proposed improvements , plus 1271,1a of
the cost of installing automatic protection, and 505 of the annual
maintenance cost of the signals.

Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Budai that, having reviewed the
objections filed with the Township Clerk in response to notice given
regarding the Council' s intention to apply for Ontario Municipal Board
approval of By-law 2307, this Council' s position regarding the .t rVl
objections is that all matters - referred to have been carefully considered, <1
and all possible precautions taken to prevent as far as possible ,
inconvenience , nuisance and harmful effect on surrounding properties ,
therefore it is this Council' s decision to apply for approval of the
Ty-law as passed, and the Clerk is instructed to prepare a submission
according to the Board' s general direction.

for the daration of this meeting.
