Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building on

this date, all members present, Reeve Blanchard presiding.
65-12-1 Moved by Councillors Budai and Gibbs that the minutes of the
meeting held November 18th, 1965, be adopted as read.
65-12-2 Moved by Deputy Reeve IvIluir and Councillor Gibbs that Mr.
Garnet Tubb be re-appointed to the Durham District High School Board for
a three year term, to expire January lst, 1969.
65-1273 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that, subject
to the approval of the Ontario Department of Highways, consideration of
an extended completion date for Contract D.R. 706-1, and the application
of penalty clauses pertinent to the contract shall be deferred until the
beginning of the 1966 construction season.

65-12-4 Moved by Councillors Down ,d Budai that having discussed the
passing of By-law 2306 with the parties who have objected thereto, and
with the owners of the property involved, the Council instructs the
Clerk to submit the By-law to the Ontario Municipal Board for approval
of the By-law on the understanding that the parties concerned will
continue to attempt to reach an understanding.
