These statements are to be in writing and each signed by the Town Manager and the appropriate department head with copies available and given to the Mayor and each member of Council at that same Council meeting for their perusal and consideration. The report to include: 1. Organizational charts of ALL personnel, employed by the Town in each department, existing vacancies in the organization and those anticipated due to retirement to 1983. 2. The functions of each sub-department and organizational charts of same. 3. Job classifications to include job description, evaluation Council Minutes -9- December 15 1980 and recommend qualifications. 4. Each department to list their procedures, 1981 work Program and objectives and a simple headline of anticipated issues for 1981. 5. As an appendix, a resim of all senior management (non-union) and their personal assistants, including those classified as secretary.
