Council THAT the minutes of Council meeting held on September 8 1980
Minutes be approved as read.

Delegations: Mr. Andrew Orr appeared before Council with regard to the
application of Ridge Pine Park Inc. for rezoning for a
mobile home development for senior citizens.
Mr. Orr requested that the application be referred to
sub-committees for discussion with regard to financial
considerations and the form of development agreement and
zoning by-law.
Mr. Gerry Desjardins appeared before Council requesting that
he retain the old dwelling house during construction of a
new house on property which he is buying at Lot 14,
Concession 8, Darlington.

Seminar/ of Ontario regarding a one-day seminar on Energy Conservation

and that the staff member submit a written report to Council.
