Delegations THAT Mr. Houghton, Miss Stocco, Mr. Goldman and the
Deputy Chief, Mr. Young of the Durham Regional Police
be heard as delegations in addition to those listed
on the agenda.

Mr. Larry Mr. L. Beaupre appeared before Council regarding his
. Beaupre business north of Orono. He said he had operated his business
for thirteen years without problems and was now told that he
could not sell cars, as this was in contravention to the
zoning by-law. He wished to speak to some members of Council
at a later date. He stated that he had not applied for re-zoning
since 1974.

Mr. Stephen Mr. Stephen First representing Prodcoin Productions Inc.
First re appeared before Council with regard to application for a
Music Festival permit under By-Law 78-50 (Musical Festival) .
(Mosport) Mr. First also delivered a letter dated July 28 1980
from Prodcoin Productions Inc. advising of various
requirements with regard to the by-law.
Sub-division Mr. Stephen Houghton appeared before Council regarding a
applications letter dated July 21 1980 from Macpherson, Walker, Wright
Associates Limited. (Communications D - 5 on agenda) .
He also spoke with regard to the same company's letter dated
July 21 1980 regarding applications for plans of sub-
divisions 18T 79038 (Remlark Holdings) and 18T 77001 (Goldfan) .

Goldfan Mr. Goldman of Goldfan Holdings appeared before Council and

Holdings presented a letter dated July 25 1980 regarding his
sub-division 18T 77001.
Music Deputy Chief Young of the Durham Regional Police Force
Festival appeared before Council and advised them that his concerns
(Mosport) as expressed in his letter dated March 30 1980 had not
n way with regard to the proposed musical jl!

West Planning and Development Committee report of July 21 1980
Neighbourhood be amended to read as follows: The recommendation contained
Plan in report P-125-80 be endorsed, and that the Courtice West
Neighbourhood Plan as included as an attachment to report
P-125-80 be approved, except as it applies to the property
owned by Mr. J. Riznek, thereby enabling the Town to
consider the redesignation of those lands through consideration
of an Official Plan Amendment Application.", and be it further
resolved : "That a copy of the Courtice West Neighbourhood
Plan as hereby approved be forwarded to the Region of Durham
and the Ministry of Housing for information."
