SUBJECT: Development Staging within Hamlets
(Staff Report P-225-79)
BACKGROUND:
The above noted report was considered at the Planning and Develop-
ment Committee Meeting of December 20, 1979. The report was deferred to
the January 7, 19gg meeting for discussion.
COMMENT:
As Committee is aware, the Hamlet Development Plans prepared by
staff included policy statements whereby staging policies may be introduced
into the Plans.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning and Development Committee consider Staff Report
P-225-79.
