It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee
recommend to Council the following:
THAT Report CD-21-00 be received for information.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
At the Council meeting held on April 11, 1994, Council passed a resolution that one
regularly scheduled Council meeting will be held at a suitable location in the rural areas of
the municipality.
Accordingly, the Council meeting scheduled for June 12, 2000, will be held at the Kendal
Public School. An advertisement to this effect will be placed in the local newspapers.
