Fire Station j 3 Orono - Requires repairs to the roof, leaking between new and old section, estimated c4st X220® - 1976 Budget $400® Installed aluminium windows $180. 2. Answering Service Fire Station J I Bowmanville - Mrs. Sharon Martyn has given up the service. I would recommend that Mrs. 6race Player 134 Liberty St. be appointed to take over the agreement. A replac- ement for Hrs® "artyn will be required pending suitable arrangements. 3. RE: Mu4icipal Building — Cream of Barley Mill - see attached report. 4. Fire Station A 2 Newcastle - The heating system of pipes and radiators located on the south wall and in the west sect6on of the hall are connected into the former circulating pump. t,Aien the apartment thermostat calls for heat 72' F. the water is circulated through the system when maybe it is not required thus overheating the apparatus bay and hose drying area before going up to the apart- ment which consumes a considerable amount of fuel oil. Therefore I would recommend that a zone control valve be connected into the Piping to control the water flow when it is required. Cost electric valve $ 160® Installation $ 65. Electrical thermostat control, wiring and Installation $ 120® 5. JanUor.
