REPORT FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES MEETING OF AUGUST 3, 1976

1. U-Turn Signs Signs installed on Municipal property - Ministry of Transportation
and Communications are not involved. If on Highway property,
make application to Mr. Houston, M.T.C. Port Hope. M.T.C. through
experience feel signs would not be of any use to control turns,
suggest installing portable curbing to prevent turning. The
driveway has packed down and does not appear to be causing as
much damage as originally.

Apartment Mr. & Mrs. Miller will not be able to move into apartment until
September 1, 1976 as they have had to give 2 months' notice at
present location.
Medical Medical certificate has been received from Terry W. Hardy
Certificate Volunteer Fire Hall # 3.

Fireman Barrett be accepted subject to medical certificate and 6 months
Hall #1 probation.
