DATE., July 18, 1975.
The necessary fire safety requirements have been completed
with the exception of the enclosure for the rear furnace room.
I met with Mr. R.B. Rickard of Rickard Plumbing and Heating
on Monday July 14, 1975. re the installation of cold air return
ducts from the Auditorium to the furnace* Mr. Rickard will have
the duct work installed the week of July 21, 1975, when completed
I will be able to sign the necessary claim forms to obtain payment
of the Grant from Queen's Park,
