By-law 2015-086
Being a by-law to require payment of fees for services and amend Schedule B of
the Fee By-law 2010-142
WHEREAS at its meeting held on December 14, 2015, the Council of the Municipality of
Clarington adopted the recommendations contained within Report ESD-004-15.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved That, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That By-law 2010-142 be amended;
a. By deleting Schedule B and replacing it with the attached Schedule B
2. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of the passing
hereof.
