Subject: Status Update - 1994 Industrial Space Absorption
Recommendations: It is respectfully submitted that Council receive Report ADMIN-1-95 for
information.
1. Background
1.1 The purpose of this report is to provide Council a status update on Industrial Space
Absorption in 1994. Absorption refers to previously vacant industrial space that has been
leased or sold.
1.2 Table 1 outlines known industrial absorption in 1994 by location.
