BACKGROUND:
1. Report # COD-044-03 provided for a two year time frame for the printing
requirements for the Municipality of Clarington. Resolution #C034-04 provided
fDr the re-tendering of the printing requirements.
2. There are a number of printing requirements that are subject to time sensitive
dates, and as such would potentially be delayed by the time involved to process
a full re-tender of the entire printing requirements. CDnsequently, it is
recommended that Coundl rescind the resolution for a re-tender, and permit the
negotiation of the short term printing requirements. The balance of the printing
requirements will be reviewed and assessed over the balance of the year, with
subsequent tender(s) as appropriate.
