REPORT: The Study Report is now complete and contains recommendations 'nd preliminary costs for the improvement of deficiencies in exist ng drainage systems together with proposals for the provision of ew sewers to service land for future development- . The Report will be a valuable document in establishing -a program , for the construction of storm sewers, and the estimated costs given are in 1981 dollars. The costs are broken down into three categories: 1• Replacement. 2. Proposed on existing roads. 3• Proposed on future roads. The total figure involved amounts to $2,288,390. 00. i . The relevant areas are defined in Schedules 'A' and 'B' of the Study Report and are comprised of some 950 hectares, of which I 800 hectares are rural lands. RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Storm Drainage Report for the Village of Newcastle bell received and recognized as a guide in preparing a storm sewer I' construction program in the future.
