SUBJECT: Solina Investments Limited - Industrial Subdivision.
BACKGROUND:
On April 26, 1978, the Town of Newcastle entered into a Develop-
ment Agreement with Solina Investments Limited for the construct-
ion of an Industrial Subdivision in the north-east quadrant of
Trull's Road and Baseline Road.
REPORT:
At the present time the Subdivider has completed the required
works, and has requested that the Subdivision be issued with a
Certificate of Completion and be placed on the Maintenance Program,
as per the Terms of the Subdivision Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Solina Investments Industrial Subdivision be placed on the
Maintenance Program, for a two-year period from December 31, 1980,
and that a Certificate of Completion be issued, in accordance with
the Terms of the Subdivision Agreement.
