SUBJECT: Proposal for Street Lighting - 1981. BACKGROUND: The Newcastle Hydro Electric Commission has submitted the att- ached 1981 Street Lighting Proposal for approval by the Town. REPORT: Updating of existing installations, and additional lights, are detailed, by location and costs, as follows: Bowmanville: Replacements (30) Additions (44) $18,625. 00 New Installations (Carlisle Avenue) $ 1,337. 75 Note: Lamb's Lane, about which concerns were expressed during 1980, is now included in the program.
