Subject: Special Spring Garbage Pick-Up, BOWMANVILLE.
Recommendatidn:
THAT a Special Garbage Pick-Up, within the Municipal Collection
Area of Bowmanville, be provided in respect of items not normally
included during regular services and, further, that the following
dates be established:
May 20th and 21st, 1981 North of King Street.
May 26th and 27th, 1981 South of King Street.
Report:
It has been usual practice during past years to provide a special
Spring garbage collection within the Municipal Collection Area of
Bowmanville. This gives area residents the opportunity to dispose
of items which would not normally be collected during the operation
of weekly collection services.

By-Law 78-34 stipulates that Council may establish dates for the
Special Pick-Up, normally provided in the Spring of the year.
