Recommendation:
THAT the Public Works Committee cancel the Meeting scheduled
for August 4, 1981.
Report:
During past years, Committees and/or Council have decided not
to hold Meetings during the month of August.
The above action, if considered this year, should be taken well
in advance in order that various matters can be scheduled acc-
ordingly.
