Director's Report to Public Works Committee of June 9, 1981.
Item: WD-82-81.
Date: May 29, 1981.
Subject: Property Adjustment Line, south-west
quadrant of Courtice Road Interchange
- Reconstruction of Highway 401.
Recommendation:
THAT Municipal approval be granted for the construction of access
off the Service Road, Lot 29, Broken Front Concession, former
Darlington (Part 1, Plan P-2695-115) .
Report:
Attached is correspondence received from the Ministry of Trans-
portation & Communications relating to the subject matter.
A request has been made to the Ministry to adjust the property line
in the area to provide access to a property located to the south-
west of the Courtice Road interchange. This would appear to be a
reasonable request and should not unduly affect the proposed con-
struction, as previously approved by the Town.

Dear Sir:
As a result of a meeting at Minister's Office on
May 12, 1981, between Sam Cureatz M.P.P. , Mr. G.B. Rickard,
and our property staff, the Ministry's engineering staff
was requested to adjust the property line and also to
provide access to the subject property. The proposed new
property line and access are shown on the enclosed sketch.
Before the access off the service road is constructed,
we would appreciate receiving your municipal approval.
Your prompt answer will be appreciated.
Yours truly,
a ® a
