Recommendation:
THAT, conditional upon the Developer meeting all the require-
ments of the Agreement, the Town of Newcastle make application
to the Canadian Transport Commission for the installation of
signals at the Cobbledick Road/Canadian National Railway
Crossing, Mileage 287. 26, Kingston Subdivision.

and Ridge Pine Park Incorporated, Item 22 stipulates:

In anticipation of compliance with the Agreement, it is suggested
that preparations be made for application to the Canadian Trans-
port Commission for the signalization of the Cobbledick Road
railway crossing road allowance between Lots 32 & 33, Broken
Front Concession, Clarke) .
