Subject: Special Meeting of Public Works Committee.
Recommendation:
THAT a Special Meeting of the Public Works Committee be called
for the afternoon of July 13, 1981, to consider three tenders
which close at twelve noon on that day, in order that a re-
commendation may be made to Council.
Report:
Three tenders for construction have been advertised to close at
twelve noon on Monday, July 13, 1981. The projects are as follows:
Trull's Road Culvert Construction.
Baseline Road Storm Sewer Construction.
Orono Sidewalk Construction.
In view of the fact that Council meets at 7:00 p.m. , the evening
of July 13, 1981, it is felt that a Special Meeting should be
called in order to open and consider the award of the above tenders,
so that a recommendation in acceptance of each may be presented to
Council.
