Subject: Burk Court Subdivision Agreement.
Cean Investments Limited. /A
Recommendation:
THAT the Agreement between the Town of Newcastle and Cean Invest-
ments Limited be released and registered and that the Subdivision
known as Burk and Saunders Courts be accepted by the Town.
Report:
It has recently been brought to the attention of the Town that
only a partial Release had been granted in respect of the subject
subdivision, and a request for the final release of the Agreement
was made on behalf of the Developer.
After a review of the files pertaining to this Agreement, and an
on-site inspection to determine approval of the development, it
would appear that it would be in order to prepare and register the
Final Release.
