Supply of Fuels to Town of Newcas

THAT the tender submission of Petrofina Canada Limited
supply of regular gasoline, diesel fuel and heating fu ,
low bid, be accepted.

At the September 15, 1981, Meeting of the Public Works Commi 'tee,
five tenders were received and opened.
The bids for the various fuels required by the Town were as
follows: --

Upon evaluation of all submissions, it was found that that of
Imperial Oil Limited did not include Provincial Road Taxes on
the Gasoline (6.0� litre) or on the Diesel Fuel (7.8(,� litre) .
This fact has been confirmed with the Company and their approval
obtained to adjust their quoted figures by the amount of the
Provincial Road Taxes shown above.
Upon final evaluation, therefore, the lowest submission received
is that of Petrofina Canada Limited.
