REPORT TO THE GENERAL PURPOSE AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE OF
OCTOBER 13, 1981.
REPORT: WD-125-81. October 5, 1981.
SUBJECT: Ralph Davis Subdivision.
Certificate of Acceptance. of Works.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended:
1. THAT Report WD-125-81 be received, and;
2. THAT the Davis Court Subdivision be
accepted and placed on a Maintenance
Program for a two-year period commencing
October 19, 1981, and;
3. THAT a Certificate of Completion be
issued as per the Terms of the Subdivision
Agreement.
BACKGROUND:
On June 20, 1980, the Town of Newcastle entered into
a Subdivision Agreement with Ralph and Isobel Davis for the con-
struction of a residential development in the Hamlet of Solina.

COMMENT:
The Owners, to this point in time, have completed the
required Works, in accordance with the approved plans and specific-
ations. It is understood that driveway accesses and individual tree

planting will be completed as and when the lots are built upon.
The Owners have requested that the Subdivision be
issued with a Certificate of Completion of Works and placed on
the two-year Maintenance Program, in accordance with the prior
Agreement. This meets with the approval of the Town of Newcastle
Works Department.
