SUBJECT: Ashton Subdivision, Hamlet of Solina.
BACKGROUND:
In September, 1979, the Town of Newcastle entered into a Develop-
ment Agreement with Mr. & Mrs. W. Ashton for the construction of
a residential subdivision in the north-west quadrant of Solina.
Attached is a request, forwarded by the Town Manager, for the
issuance of a Certificate of Completion, in accordance with the
Terms of the Subdivision Agreement.
REPORT:
The Developer has completed the required works, as per the
Agreement, and the subdivision is eligible for placement on
a Maintenance Program.
RECONklENMTION:
THAT the Ashton Subdivision be placed on the
Maintenance Program, for a two-year period
from November 17, 1980, and a Certificate of
Completion be issued, in accordance with the
Terms of the Subdivision Agreement.

Attached is a request from William and Vi Ashton for a Certificate
of Completion as required under Paragraph #46 of this subdivision
agreement. Would you please review this agreement and if their
request is in order make a recommendation to the next public
Works Meeting.
