I I I i I R.R. 2 BLACKSTOCK, ONTARIO) LOD I Bo Mr. Jack Dunham Director of Public Works Town of Newcastle Hampton, Ontario Dear Sir: k7e write to you with reference to the road which runs in front of our property, namely the boundary road between Darlington and Cartwright Townships, running east from the road allowance between lots 12 and 13 Darlington Township, concession 10. Our land has approximately 2600 feet frontage along this road and 11r. Ashtons house and business is also located on part of Lot 11 Conc.10. We are given to understand by Your planning department, that this road is classed as a Class "B" road and to obtain a building permit, the road must be classified as a Class "A" road. We have checked with Scugog Township who maintain this piece of road, and they consider It as a maintained road to the West lot line of Lot 18 in Cartwright Township and are quite willing to grant a building permit for a single family home providing all by-law requirement are met. IVO would therefore request the Public Works Department of the Pois'n of Newcastle, to redesignate the same portion of this road as a class road to the road allowance between Lots 10 and 11 Concession 10, Township of Darlington.
