SUBJECT: Designation of Road Allowance -
Lot 7, Concession 4, former Darlington.
BACKGROUND:
Attached is correspondence requesting a redesignation of a part
of the road allowance in Lot 7, Concession 4, former Darlington.
REPORT:
Currently, By-Law 2111 designates the subject road allowance as
'Unimproved' ; however, prior to 1974, the relevant section was
reconstructed and, therefore, is not deficient.
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the road allowance in Lot 7, Concession 4, former Township of
Darlington, as defined on Key Map 20 of By-Law 2111, be redesignated
as a Class "A' Public Street, and the said By-Law be amended
accordingly.
