BACKGROUND:
The attached subject matter was referred by the Clerk for a recommendation.
REPORT:
Resulting in the sale of an existing property it is being requested
that a by-law dedicating the road be registered on title. Upon
an investigation by staff it is found that in 1961 the subject land
was conveyed to the Township of Clarke for a road, however, records
indicate that a by-law was never passed dedicating the same as a
Public Highway.
RECCISENDATION
That a by-law be passed dedicating; Jones Avenue as defined on Plan
loR--271 as a Public Highway.
