BACKGROUND:

At the Public Works Committee Meeting of May 22, 1980, Report No.
WD-50-80 was: "tabled until the next meeting, for further inform-
ation and the delegations be kept informed".
REPORT:
On June 16, 1930, a Petition was presented to Council, regarding
the road closing, resulting in Resolution # C-80-861, as follows:
"`.1"HAT the petition regarding the road closing
of the original road allowance or any part
thereof between Lots 6 6 7, Concession 8,
Darlington, be referred to the Public Works
Committee"
