SUBJECT: Assumption of Subdivision.
BACKGROUND:
In 1973 the former Ibnu of BommuovilIe entered into x Subdivision
Agreement with Wil-Sn/ur Enterprises Limited for the construction
of a 262-lot Subdivision known as Wunerley Gardens Phase IT.
One of the major problems associated with the development was the
construction of the southerly oLonn sewer ouL[u1l ` and the ac-
quisition of an uuoamuot over the lands onoc6 by Messrs. C & J.
Scbpozo.
In 1977 the easement was finally obtained and, during the winter
months of that year, the storm sewer ouL[all was constructed .
In November of 1977 a report was aubmtiLoJ to the ]`o(` |oc Works
Committee recommending the acceptance of the auh'|lv1oioo but, upon
the advice of the Town Solicitor, it was decided that the Subdiv-
ision Agreement should not be rcIoxoeJ until the Town had o''ccpLcd
the storm sewer outfall.
Upon completion of the ouLfu]l construction and repair of the
deficiencies, the storm sewer was placed on the maintenance program
in April of 1978, as per the Subdivision Agreement .
REPORT:
In April. 1980, the ntuon sewer outfall was rc-,h'.ckp'| and any
