Subject: Annual Membership Fee.
Background:
The Durham Public Works Association was formed in 1974, with
the provision for all Municipalities to enroll. Since that time,
all area Municipalities have obtained membership in the Assoc-
iation, for one or two of their employees.
Report:
Approximately six meetingsof the Durham Public Works Association
are held each year and, at these, guest speakers are invited to
address the membership on various municipal matters, primarily
of concern to the operation of Public Works.
Recommendation:
THAT one membership fee of $75. 00 (Seventy-Five
Dollars) be paid to the Durham Public Works Assoc-
iation.
