Background:
The attached is an update of the 1979 - 1983 Five Year Forecast.
Report:
The Forecast is updated annually to indicate proposed projects
in conjunction witli the Needs Study.
Recommendation:
THAT the Five Year Forecast for the period 1980 - 1984 be
endorsed and be implemented during the preparation of Budgets.
