Item: Road Allowance.

Subject: Redesignation of Road Allowance.
Lots 30 & 31, Concession 4,
former township of Darlington.
Background:
By-Law 2111 designates the subject road allowance as 'Unimproved' .
Report:
The Road Allowance between Lots 30 & 31, Concession 4, Darlington
was constructed in 1974-1975. Prior to that time it was unopened
north of the Fourth Concession to a Forced Road.
In 1975 the Forced Road was closed, and retained in consideration
of an existing Hydro Line.
Recommendation:
THAT By-Law 2111 be amended and the Road Allowance in Lots 30 & 31
Concession 4, former Darlington, be designated as an 'Improved Road'
and, further, that the actual distance be defined for By-Law purposes.
