From: J. Dunham, Director of Public Works.
Subject: DAVIDSON - Request to Close Road.
Resolution # W-261-78 directed:-
"THAT the Director of Public Works confer with the Planning
Department on this matter and report back to the next Meeting
of this Committee".
The subject road allowances,known as Darcy and Clarke Streets,
are unopened and, to our knowledge, have never been closed by
By-Law.
Upon discussing the matter with the Planning Department, it is
found that no development is proposed for the relevant area at
this time.
Darcy and Clarke Streets are located between Mill Street and
the road allowance between 1,ot-B 26 & 27 . The sections of the
noted streets in question are situated east of Park Street
(see attached) .
I would recommend that both these sections be appraised and, at
that time, if the abutting owners agree to pay all costs . that
the sections be closed and conveyed to those abutting owners.

states:" that the sections be closed and conveyed
to the abutting owners, conditional LIP01-1 those
owners agreeing to pay all costs involved".
