From: J. Dunham, Director of Public Works.
Subject: Redesignation of part of Scugog Road.
Scugog Road is approximately fifty feet in width. By-Law Number
2111 requires a right-of-way of 66 feet or more. Improvements are
scheduled for this section during 1978 and, as a result, a re-
designation could be considered; however, an exemption would be
required in the amendment to By-Law 2111 regarding the width.

Subject: Redesignation of part of Scugog Road.
Date: April 20, 1978.
The above subject was discussed at the Public Works Committee
Meeting of April 13, 1978, as a result of which Resolution #
W-158-78 was passed as follows:-
"THAT the correspondence and data from
Mr. Merrill D. Brown be received for
information and referred to the Planning
and Development Committee accompanied by
a Report from the Director of Public
Works giving all available details on
the matter".
Accordingly I attach hereto all relevant data regarding the
subject matter. I would stress that, at the present time,
Scugog Road, from Regional Road # 57 to Regional Road # 4, is
an unimproved road as per By-Law No. 2111.
