The above mentioned road status being forced.
The original allowance for a road has never
been open and is north of the said forced
road.
Council should make a decision as to whether
the Municipality wants development in this
area at this time or not, remembering that
there are more than just one separate parcel
of land which possibly can be built on.
When this decision is made, closing of the
original allowance for a road in lieu of the
forced road has possibilities providing there
are not objections at the time of advertising.
I refer to the closing of the east-west por-
tion only not the north-south portion.
I would recommend conditional to ac uiring
the necessary 6 lands to make it a V foot
road allowance including lot 1 as well as
lot 2.
Conditional also that the abutting owners are
financing the necessary road improvements (ie. )
all costs.
