For some time now, the time element in pre-
paring agendas and reports for Council ' s adop-
tion has not been adequate.
When the Committee meets on Thursday, the
report cannot be prepared and delivered to the
Bowmanville Office by noon on Friday of the
same week in order to be included in Council 's
Agenda.
Therefore , I would recommend that the Public
Works Committee meet once a month being the
fourth Thursday in each month at 9:00 A.M. and
it being an all day meeting if necessary.
I would also recommend that agenda's be pre-
pared for circulation on the Monday prior to
the meeting. The same Monday would be the cut-
ting off point for all items of Business or
Scheduled Delegations.
