designated properties to cover 50 percent of the cost of
restoration projects, to a maximum of $3 , 000 . 00 per year.
The Ministry has indicated that there are sufficient funds to

Report CD-22-95 - 2 - July 10, 1995
In consultation with the Ministry, L.A.C.A.C. has been advised
that submission should be made for all applications received on
the off chance that additional funds become available .
Accordingly the Committee placed an advertisement in the local
newspapers requesting applications from designated property
owners . Subsequently eight applications were filed which have
since been reviewed by the Committee and have been determined to
meet the program' s grant criteria.
It is therefore appropriate that the applications be processed at
this time . Once the work has been completed and inspected by
L.A. C.A.C. , a subsequent report will be forwarded to the
Committee authorizing payment of the grant .
