SL&JECT. SCHEDULE OF COUNCIL AND COMMITTEE MEETINGS
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and
Administration Committee recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report CD-7-90 be received;
2 . THAT the schedule of Council and Committee Meetings adopted
by Council on March 13, 1989, be revised by deleting the
regularly scheduled meetings for July 23 and July 30, 1990 and
July 22 and July 29 , 1991; and
3 . THAT any meetings during the latter part of July 1990 and 1991
be at the call of the chair.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
In March 1989, Council adopted a schedule of meetings for the term
of Council 1989 to 1991. Due to the busy summer schedule of
Council Members and their varied vacation schedule, it now seems
appropriate to have one General Purpose and Administration
Committee Meeting and one Council Meeting scheduled for the first
two weeks of July.

It is, therefore, recommended that the General Purpose and
Administration Committee Meetings scheduled for July 23, 1990 and
July 22, 1991 and the Council Meetings scheduled for July 30, 1990
and July 29, 1991 be cancelled. Should a meeting be required
during the latter part of July in 1990 or 1991, it is recommended
that it be at the call of the chair.
