SUBJECT: SUPPLEMENTARY SUBSIDY ON EXPENDITURES ON BASELINE
STORM SEWER PROJECT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING OCTOBER
14, 1982.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended:
1 . That this report be received; and
2. That the Treasurer be authorized to petition the Ministry
of Transportation and Communications for supplementary subsidy
on expenditures on Baseline Storm Sewer project for the period
ending October 14, 1982, in the amount of $47,499.08.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
It is a requirement of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications
that we put the resolution authorizing the supplementary subsidy petition
for the period ending October 14, 1982 to Committe and Council for approval
and place it with the petition for payment for the Baseline Storm Sewer
project.
